How does eStatus work?
Repair firms submit progress reports and final reports to their van-line clients electronically.
Adjusters receive an email when a report is ready for view, and can access these reports online with just a few clicks.
Shippers may also track progress by entering the eStatus claim ID.
Features Benefits
Here's a typical scenario:
- Once an adjuster assigns a claim to a subscribing furniture repair firm, the repair firm can create the claim online in minutes.
- As the repair firm works with the shipper, status updates are provided automatically back to the adjuster.
- The adjuster can check on the claim at any time, just by logging in to eStatus.
- Digital photographs are attached directly next to an item on the claim report, and can be "expanded" to full size with one click.
- When the claim has been satisfied, Gold Subscribers will be able to allow eStatus to upload the claim payment amount directly into QuickBooks for invoicing ease. Once the repair firm receives payment, they update the status to "payment received" in eStatus and the QuickBooks invoice will be marked as paid.
- The shipper can check on the claim progress (but not view the report) by entering the tracking number on the login screen.
